Suggestion Hypnotherapy £70.00 per session
A relaxing Hypnotherapy session that will last approximately 60 minutes and will cover a long list of problems as long as there is no deep rooted cause. If there is a deep rooted cause then the MindCleanse package is required in order to treat the problem and the symptom. Stop Smoking Therapy £200.00 per course (only one course needed)
Give up smoking today using True Colours Hypnotherapy’s successful and individually bespoke Stop Smoking Therapy. It is individually tailored for each client. The therapy consists of a 30 minute talking session followed by a 90 minute hypnotherapy session. Then two further 60 minute sessions spaced a week apart will complete the treatment. Engaging True Colours Hypnotherapy will mean that you will leave with all the tools required to live life as a non-smoker, this will include an easy to follow care-plan and audio CD.

MindCleanse Programme £70.00 per session
Our MindCleanse Programme is exclusive to True Colours Hypnotherapy, this therapy will allow you to go straight to the root cause of the presenting problem. This is more than a therapy - it is a journey which will be profound as it will allow you to have a "mental clearout". It's a bit like those times when you gather all the clutter in your life and sell it all on eBay - I am sure you will be wanting more than a penny for your thoughts. This will require between 4 – 8 sessions. The first session will be between 90 - 120 minutes and following sessions will last for approximately 60 minutes. Past Life Regression £70.00 per session
