Richard Harris is a Cardiff based, qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach; he is also the author of ‘Closets Are For Clothes’.
Richard has always had an interest in people since the very beginning; believing that good people are rare and should be cherished. His ambition has always been to help others, with his highly confident and infectious personality, he will make the journey of change, an enjoyable and often entertaining experience. After being made redundant from his role in Architectural Recruitment he decided to follow his heart by doing what he did best, helping others without the worry of budgets, spreadsheets and monthly targets. His time in Recruitment was not wasted, this gave him the drive and ambition to re-train and create his own Coaching and Hypnotherapy practice. He merged his extensive interest in people and complementary therapy which allows him to work each and everyday doing something he loves, helping people through hypnosis and coaching.
